Open Positions:

Project Manager - full time

What you will be doing:

  • Manage and coordinate the needed activities to lead company projects to a successful conclusion:
  • Customer projects – to provide on time delivery of material and services as agreed upon. All the while making sure of the quality and level of service to the customer’s satisfaction.
  • Maximize project profitability – Minimal GP will be determined during pricing by the department head.
  • Sales – keep to monthly and quarterly goals set by the business unit manager.
  • Internal management – through the matrix working with the different departments to advance our production.
  • Logistics – manage the operational cell for managing and optimizing in-stock materials and delivery thereof.
  • Continual improvement of project related infrastructure.


What you should have:

  • Industrial engineer / Equivalent B.A.
  • Working knowledge of all office programs, particularly Excel.
  • Knowledge in SAP / ERP – Advantage.
  • At least two years of experience in project management.
  • High level of English (Spoken and written).
  • Experience with LEAN – Advantage.
  • Capable of working under pressure on multiple tasks with various interfaces.
  • Good understanding of processes.
  • Capable of analysis and inference of corrective action.
  • Good people skills – communicative, patient listener.
  • Capable of managing, motivating and leading coworkers in a Matrix organization.



    Process Engineer - full time

    What you will be doing:

    You will be responsible for processes already in place. Improve processes in the production. Develop and introduce new technologies and the processes connected to them. Support production in problem solving and trouble shooting. Prepare plans for continual improvement by setting milestones and meeting deadlines.

    Actively and vocationally, accompany company projects throughout all their stages.


    What you should have:

    • Chemical or Materials Engineer.
    • Knowledge in SAP – Advantage.
    • High level of English (Spoken and written).
    • Experience in an industrial environment – Advantage.
    • Capable of working under pressure and adaptable.
